Carnival Charm Events specializes in organizing flea markets, mall events, apartment and community events, festivals, corporate events, vendor stall management, brand promotions, and influencer & artist management services in Bengaluru.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Enquiries & Bookings

  • Submitting an enquiry through WhatsApp, phone, or the website does not guarantee a booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement and payment confirmation (if applicable).

  • Event details, stall sizes, pricing, and availability may change based on location and event requirements.

3. Payments

  • Any advance or full payment made for events or stalls is subject to the agreed terms at the time of booking.

  • Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Carnival Charm Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Event schedules, venues, or layouts may change due to operational, legal, or weather-related reasons.

  • In case of event cancellation, further communication will be shared directly with the concerned vendors or clients.

5. Vendor & Participant Responsibility

  • Vendors are responsible for their own products, displays, licenses, and compliance with local regulations.

  • Carnival Charm Events is not responsible for individual vendor sales performance, losses, or damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, text, and visuals belong to Carnival Charm Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Carnival Charm Events shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Business loss or profit loss

  • Technical issues beyond our control

Participation in events is at the client’s or vendor’s own discretion.
